Misbah Rana is the  Director of Guide 2 Light, providing bespoke professional advice,consultancy , training  services to educational, public , private and voluntary sectors across England and abroad. Having graduated with  a BA in Social Sciences, BEd(Hons) , MA Education and NPQH she has a commendable portfolio of achievements.

Misbah has over 30 years experience of working in the educational sector. She is  highly professional , motivated and    experienced in    school improvement.  Misbah  has a proven and demonstrable track record in closing the gap for all pupils with a specific specialism in English as an additional language , minority ethnic achievement and equalities  at school and local authority level.  Her  experience in school improvement has given her credibility and respect  for working with schools and other educational settings to deliver high quality and effective training, advice, consultancy and interventions to successfully raise achievement and attainment for all pupils across all subjects.  She is best  known for the practical support and the range of resources she has developed over the years.
