Hi  Misbah

I just wanted to say a really big thank you for coming for coming into our school and delivering training on the national curriculum.

The strategies you have provided have already  had an impact on our teaching and learning.

Literacy Leader

Hello Misbah,

Thank you for all your hard work and your positive attitude to supporting our school at this difficult time.

May I wish you the best for the future?

Headteacher

Misbah’s approach towards me as a relatively new headteacher was both supportive and challenging.

She asked probing questions and identified areas for improvement within my school in a short amount of time.

Her own experiences, having worked in other authorities, provided insight into our areas for development.

Misbah demonstrated an awareness of the importance of ethos, values and vision of a faith school.

Her knowledge and expertise enabled her to signpost me and my leadership team to useful resources that provided us with clear direction and appropriate scaffolds.

She was not undermining but uplifting, enabling the key work that needed to be completed, to be done in a short timescale. Misbah identified School Improvement requirements in Literacy and supported SLT through a small project on Speaking and Listening. This enabled the school staff at all levels to develop and refine their practice even further.

Misbah is an enabler!
